We store the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. Your past orders are no longer accessible on the Internet for security reasons.
4. Terms of delivery

We deliver only by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

Payment by surname:
Your order will be picked up immediately by our parcel service. The package will be delivered to you on site and you have to pay the package with the courier. In addition, we charge a fee of € 5 for your order.
6. Transportation damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage to transport, please report these errors immediately to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The non-compliance of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to claim our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.
